Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please notify the practice as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment, so that it can be offered to another patient. We are unable to cancel appointments with less than 30minutes notice.
Access to the building
The surgery is fully accessible to users and provides a disabled toilet facility, disabled access platform and disabled parking bays.
Visit us:
- By foot – we are situated in Durham Village, just a five-minute walk from the village shops, post office and amenities
- By car – we have a car park at the front of the surgery with disabled parking bays near to the main entrance
- By bus – there is a bus stop right beside the practice on My road
